Before implementing our solution, our client—a manufacturing company—faced the challenge of replacing an outdated and error-prone **Excel-based** supplier evaluation method. The previous approach required **significant manual effort** and failed to effectively monitor key supplier performance indicators such as **quality, delivery capability, reliability, and certifications**. Additionally, external factors like the **COVID-19 pandemic** and the **Ukraine crisis** made supply chain monitoring even more difficult.
Objective
The goal was to establish a fast and user-friendly monitoring system that would enable purchasing and management to detect and analyze disruptions at an early stage and derive appropriate optimization measures.
